Staff or Dealer training questionnaires are designed to test the knowledge of staff. This type of testing can be linked to incentives in order to motivate staff into an increased knowledge of a product or service.

Training questionnaires can also be used as part of accreditation schemes - particularly for independent dealers where there is less direct control over quality of sales staff.
