Fenestra Integrated Repair Manager

The FIRM system enables every item delivered for repair to be logged, barcoded and tracked through the repair process until invoiced and dispatched.

Many repair processes can be handled in real time by the system which will also monitor work in progress, spares usage, personnel performance and shop floor loading.

The system supports customer contact management and ensures that good customer service is achieved at lower cost and with faster reaction to changing customer demands. Version 1 of the product has been in use for six years and version 2 is now in development.

To build on the success of Firm version 1, we are currently developing a new version, offering many additional features and greater flexibility, designed to provide full support to the repair of any product.
