Version 1 of the Fenestra Integrated Repair Manager was developed for a networked Microsoft Windows environment and first installed in 1992. It has been operating successfully in a busy and expanding repair facility for six years, delivering the ability to manage the progress of items through a variety of repair processes. Over this time the system has been refined and enhanced to meet evolving needs.
